These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Restore With Sarah website and services. Restore With Sarah is operated by Sarah Wilson in North Dallas, Texas. Appointments are by appointment only.

Restore With Sarah offers massage therapy and sensory wellness services, including ASMR-inspired light-touch experiences, scalp relaxation, and traditional relaxation massage. All services are professional, nonsexual wellness experiences. On-site chair massage for events is also available by request.

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse forms, booking tools, or contact information. You agree to provide accurate information when submitting inquiries or appointment requests.

Appointments are reserved through the booking system or by request. Availability is shown from the connected calendar and may change. A scheduling buffer is used to help prevent double-bookings. Submitting a Special Appointment Request does not confirm an appointment; Sarah reviews each request personally.

Service prices and durations are displayed on the website and at checkout, and reflect the current configuration managed by Sarah. Payments are processed through the connected payment integration. Prices may be updated by the owner at any time.

A $50 deposit option is available for Restore Fusion at checkout. Sarah Wilson DBA Restore With Sarahfollows a 48-hour cancellation policy.

Owner verification required: The exact refund and rescheduling details under the 48-hour policy — including how deposits are handled, any non-refundable amounts, and the process for rescheduling — should be confirmed with Sarah at the time of booking and reviewed for accuracy.

Appointments may be rescheduled or refunded when at least 48 hours' notice is given. Cancellations or changes with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to the terms confirmed at booking, including possible forfeiture of any deposit. Please contact Sarah as early as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment. Refund and rescheduling details are flagged above for owner verification.

Clients are asked to arrive as directed for their appointment; specific arrival information is shared privately with confirmed clients. Restore With Sarah maintains professional boundaries at all times. All services are nonsexual, therapeutic wellness experiences. Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate conduct may result in an appointment being declined or discontinued.

Clients are responsible for informing Sarah of any health conditions, concerns, or sensitivities that may be relevant to their appointment, and for communicating preferences and boundaries. Please share anything that helps us provide a safe, comfortable experience.

Sensory wellness and massage services at Restore With Sarah are intended for relaxation and well-being. They do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition, and no medical outcomes are guaranteed. These services are not a substitute for medical care.

Restore With Sarah reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service when appropriate, including where a service is not suitable or where professional boundaries are not respected.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Restore With Sarah is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the website or services. These Terms are interpreted in accordance with applicable law in North Dallas, Texas.
